Life’s busy — but your next nutritious meal choice doesn’t have to be a scramble. Customize your subscription to include the products and quantities you want on-hand, every month. Here’s how it works:

Ordering

Select a product from the Full Menu page. Choose Subscribe & Save. Complete check out.

Processing

Each month, your order is cooked to perfection. It is vacuum-sealed to preserve peak freshness and flash-frozen to maintain its quality.

Pickup

You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are received from the cafe. Products that you will eat within 4 days can go in the refrigerator. The remaining products are stored in the freezer.

Reaheating

Our vacuum-sealed meats reheat effortlessly in hot water or sous vide bath, while our frozen breads can bake fresh after a short thaw.

Heating Instructions

Meats

When you're ready to enjoy, simply place the sealed bag in a pot of hot water or sous vide bath at 165°F for 15-20 minutes. No mess, no stress - just tender, juicy barbecue with the soul of the smokehouse and the ease of home cooking.

Breads

Breads: Keep frozen bread products in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them. Allow doughballs to thaw at room temperature (1-2hrs). This allows dough to not only thaw, but rise. Place doughballs on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 12min at 350* F.
