
The barbecue cookbook Michelle bought for me over 10yrs ago for Father's Day is stained with ambition. We love to cook together and we love people. What began with backyard barbecues for friends and family soon became a way of life.

We believe great food starts with great ingredients—and that means knowing where everything comes from. Our meats are selected from providers that place high value on ethical farm-care; raised on pasture, with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics, because the quality of life directly impacts the quality of flavor.
For our breads, we fresh-mill organic, whole grains in-house just before baking. This preserves the nutrients, flavor, and texture that store-bought flours can’t match. We support grain growers who care for their soil as much as we care for our craft. From pasture to plate, and seed to slice, we’re committed to real ingredients, real relationships, and ridiculously good food.
